Our membership tiers are outlined below.
Please note: A Gold, Silver, or Bronze membership is required for all service packages.
BRONZE MEMBERSHIP $0/month
Essential Care
Structured foundation for consistent, reliable hoof care.

Routine Care Access: Regular appointments scheduled every 5–6 weeks, at the farrier’s discretion.

Scheduling Priority: Standard placement, with appointments assigned after Silver and Gold members are accommodated.

Repair Coverage (Lost/Sprung Shoes): Repairs are billed at a flat rate of $100 per visit, inclusive of barn travel within a 20-mile radius of Seattle. Travel beyond this range may incur additional mileage fees. This rate applies regardless of whether the service involves adjustment or full replacement.

Specialty Applications: Additional fees apply for specialty, corrective, or glue-on applications, including lameness evaluations, hoof crack management, abscess treatment, and other therapeutic services.

Repair Response Time: Lost or sprung shoes addressed within 7 calendar days, subject to scheduling availability.

Client Communication: Access to the business line. Responses provided within 72 business hours during standard business hours only.
Silver membership $50/Month
Enhanced Support
Greater flexibility and coverage for horses requiring more responsive maintenance.

Routine Care Access: Regular appointments scheduled every 5–6 weeks, or adjusted as needed at the farrier’s discretion.

Scheduling Priority: Elevated placement, with access to preferred appointment times ahead of Bronze members.

Repair Coverage (Lost/Sprung Shoes): Includes up to 2 repair visits per month (up to $200 in covered value). Additional repairs are billed at the standard rate.

Specialty Applications: Additional fees apply for specialty, corrective, or glue-on applications, including lameness evaluations, hoof crack management, abscess treatment, and other therapeutic services.

Repair Response Time: Lost or sprung shoes addressed within 3 calendar days, subject to scheduling availability.

Gold Membership $100/month
Priority Care
Full-access, concierge-level service for horses where performance and reliability cannot be compromised.

Routine Care Access: Regular appointments scheduled every 5–6 weeks, or adjusted as needed at the farrier’s discretion.

Scheduling Priority: Highest placement, including first access to preferred, high-demand, and peak appointment times.

Repair Coverage (Lost/Sprung Shoes): Unlimited repair visits per month, subject to reasonable use. Emergency call-out visits for sudden-onset lameness are included. No additional travel fees apply.

Specialty Applications: Specialty, corrective, or glue-on applications are included appropriate the Service Package selected, along with lameness evaluations, hoof crack management, abscess treatment, and other therapeutic services.

Repair Response Time: Lost or sprung shoes addressed within 24 hours, subject to scheduling availability.

Client Communication: Direct access to Ian Davies’ personal phone number. Responses provided within 12 hours, including outside standard business hours when reasonably possible.
